What diets can i use that will help me lose a lot of weight?

I don't like the thought of having to take diet pills… it just seems unhealthy to me. I've tried a lot of diets, and in the end it's just a big fail. So i'm just looking for something that will really work. Also I am currently going to a gym. Any suggestions that you have will be great! Thanks!











NO NO…. diets dont work… if u failed on those diets in tha past u'll maiby to in tha future… i recommend 4-6 SMALL meals a day…. all of them containing a veggie or fruit… remember BIG breakfast so it can boost ure metabolism… drink LOTS of water…

I suggest to drink LOTS of water everyday. Most of the time, people mistake thirst for hunger. At the gym, sign up for cardio and pilates classes. Also, don't stop eating because then you'll just gain more weight, but try to eat more healthy things first, and then see if you want to eat anything else. Try running/jogging a mile 3 days a week, and just exercise lots.
Actually, you don't have to diet as such to lose weight, the only thing that really showed results for me is wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box underneath, they have a few free trials in stock, it has been featured in Reader's Digest and CNN. I lost twenty five pounds, it really does produce success!
