more specificly, how do the diets of different countries reduce there rate of getting certain types of cancer?
What diets can i use that will help me lose a lot of weight?
I don't like the thought of having to take diet pills… it just seems unhealthy to me. I've tried a lot of diets, and in the end it's just a big fail. So i'm just looking for something that will really work. Also I am currently going to a gym. Any suggestions that you have will be great! Thanks!

Does anyone know any diets that work fast with little exercise?
I dont really have any time to exercise because I am have so much work this year in school that I am constantly doing work or studying for a test. I recently lost 20 pounds, and now I feel like I'm starting to gain it back, but I have ZERO time to exercise. Does anyone know any diets that will work fast and help me loose another twenty pounds in around two months??
Is Boot Camp a better way to get in shape than going through all those crazy diets?
I've seen people go on diets and very very few work. But when I see someone come out of boot camp, whether 6, 8, 9, or 12 weeks they always come out more healthy than they did before. Is it true that boot camp is the best way to get into shape….and I know boot camp is supposed to get you ready for the real thing, just give me an honest answer.

Are high protein diets for muscle gain a myth?
I've read a lot of contradicting statements. Most people state that you need a huge amount of protein for overall muscle gain. Others say that its all a hoax and a lot of carbs are better. I wonder which is true because I have a hard time putting on any weight at all and don't want to waste more time with diets that won't work.
